07 Dec IMR AND TEG Collaboration Efforts Continue to Grow
In January 2020 IMR and TEG embarked on a European funded project called MAAS, Spanish Partners include Airbus and Robotnik. The project is focused on the scanning of large structures. TEG has the responsibility of 3D scanning and measurement while IMR develops robotic scanning solutions. Over the intervening period, the Mullingar partnership has grown considerably with TEG staff now working on IMR’s site.
In the coming months, IMR and TEG’s processes will merge into a single system that will improve efficiencies in the scanning of large aircraft assemblies.
