Work Ready Graduate Programme for SMEs and Enterprise Ireland clients
Would you like to have Masters’ level graduates in research roles?
Do they need upskilling in innovation practices or new product development processes?
Do they need support in building and maintaining momentum in delivering outputs?
IMR’s Work Ready Graduate Programme (WRGP) aims to provide impact to host companies by directly addressing these challenges, reducing time to productivity for new graduates and making this talent pool a more viable option.
If you are interested, please submit an expression of interest below and include a description of your need, i.e. what type of graduate you require, what their responsibilities would be and what success looks like.
IMR will match suitable candidates with the opportunities received. It is then expected that through standard interview practices between host companies and candidates, screened by IMR, that good matches will be facilitated.
Companies will pay a fee and in exchange, they will get a Masters qualified embedded researcher (employed by IMR) who would be given training and mentorship throughout the year to enable them to rapidly learn and adopt good industrial innovation practices.
