What it is

This is the first public iteration my Microsoft’s Augmented Reality headset. It is a market-leading device, even 3 years later, and enables the user to view digital content locked in placed in the real world. The device uses various head tracking and motion sensing technology to build a digital representation of the real world space where the user is stood, and uses advanced graphics processing to place 3d content within the real world.

What it’s used for in IMR

Augmented Reality Applications / Heads Up Displays / and Demos to interested companies looking at investigating the capabilities of AR technology. We also use the device to build quick 3d renderings of physical spaces for use in 3d modelling software.
