Melanie’s role is to support and work in partnership with the senior management teams, providing value-added HR support across a range of people processes with the aim to create a high-performance work environment. She develops and implements an effective HR strategy to ensure the business achieves its strategic goals. Melanie has a strategic role in managing people and the workplace culture and environment.
