Irish Manufacturing Research has teamed up with the prestigious Mills Training Academy to make their high-quality, professionally-delivered and competitively-priced CNC Programmer and Operator training courses available to Industry in Ireland.
Mills CNC Training Academy was created in 2010 and has trained over 2000 individuals looking for best-in-class CNC Programmer Operator and Machine Tool Maintenance training.
IMR will offer a range of Mills CNC Training Academy courses including 3-axis and 4-axis milling, programming and operating courses. These will be updated with new courses a few times a year so make sure and sign up to the CNC Training Course mailing list to keep updated.

This is a basic CNC milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to fully understand the various aspects of the CNC milling process to better enable them to set up and optimise production jobs.
Dates: 4th – 6th of November, 2024(3-Day Course)
This is a basic Fanuc milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program 3-axis Mills.
Dates: 8th – 10th of October, 2024 (3 Day course)
This is a basic CNC turning course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to fully understand the various aspects of the CNC turning process to better enable them to set up and optimise production jobs.

This is a basic Fanuc turning course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program 2-axis lathes.
Dates: 2nd – 4th of December, 2024 (3-day course)
This is an advanced Fanuc milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program multi-axis lathes including C&Y.
