Mills CNC Training Academy was created in 2010 and has trained over 2000 individuals looking for best-in-class CNC Programmer Operator and Machine Tool Maintenance training.

CNC Milling Course 2 – Hands-on Milling – Operator to Setter

This is a basic CNC milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to fully understand the various aspects of the CNC milling process to better enable them to set up and optimise production jobs.

Dates: 6th – 8th of February (3-Day Course)

CNC – Course 1 Controller – Basic 3-Axis (X, Y & Z) Milling

This is a basic Fanuc milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program 3-axis Mills.

Dates: 20th – 22nd of February, 2024 (3 Day course)

CNC Turning Course 2 – Hands on Turning – Operator to Setter

This is a basic CNC turning course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to fully understand the various aspects of the CNC turning process to better enable them to set up and optimise production jobs.

Dates: 5th – 7th of March, 2024

CNC Turning Course 1Controller – Basic 2 Axis (X & Z) Turning 

This is a basic Fanuc turning course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program 2-axis lathes.

Dates: 2nd – 4th of April, 2024 (3-day course)

Advanced 4-Axis Turning Course covering C & Y on Fanuc Control with ISO Codes & NC Guide

This is an advanced Fanuc milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program multi-axis lathes including C&Y.

Dates: 14th – 16th of May, 2024

Fanuc Macro Custom B Course

The course is designed for operators in engineering already experienced in using the machine at an advanced level and want to leverage the CNC machine’s full capabilities through Macro programming.

Dates: 25th – 26th of June, 2024 (2 day course)
