Mills CNC Training Academy was created in 2010 and has trained over 2000 individuals looking for best-in-class CNC Programmer Operator and Machine Tool Maintenance training.

This is a basic CNC milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to fully understand the various aspects of the CNC milling process to better enable them to set up and optimise production jobs.
Dates: TBC
The course covers the fundamental concepts of GD&T and its application and interpretation. The course is suitable for anyone who is familiar with the conventions of engineering drawing and dimensional (or ±) tolerances, and is relevant to anyone who has to produce or interpret mechanical engineering specifications.
Dates: TBC (3 day course)
This is a basic Fanuc turning course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program 2-axis lathes.

This is a basic CNC turning course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to fully understand the various aspects of the CNC turning process to better enable them to set up and optimise production jobs.
Dates: 20th – 22nd June 2023 (3 day course)
The course covers the fundamental concepts of geometrical tolerancing and its application and interpretation. The course is suitable for anyone who is familiar with the conventions of engineering drawing and dimensional (or ±) tolerances and is relevant to anyone who has to produce or interpret mechanical engineering specifications.

This is an advanced Fanuc milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program multi-axis lathes including C&Y.
Dates: TBC (3 Day course)
The course is designed for operators in engineering already experienced in using the machine at an advanced level and want to leverage the CNC machine’s full capabilities through Macro programming.
Dates: 19th – 20th of September (2 day course)
The course covers more advanced aspects of geometrical tolerancing and its application and interpretation. Completion of the Level 1 course is a prerequisite for anyone wishing to attend the Level 2 course.
Dates: 9th – 10th of October (2 day course)
This is a basic Fanuc milling course designed for people with some knowledge and experience of the machining process and CNC controls but who want to acquire the necessary skills to program 3-axis Mills.
Dates: July 25th – 27th (3 day course)
